At Precious.click, we want every purchase to feel just as special as the products we sell.
We take pride in providing high-quality jewelry and accessories, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


2. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, certificates, and gift boxes must be included.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

To begin a return, please email us at ask@precious.click with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and details for the return shipping process.


3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our quality team.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your return is rejected due to signs of use or damage, we will notify you and return the item to you.


4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for damaged or defective products only.
If your order arrives broken, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly arrange a replacement or store credit.
